At NextGen Finds, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with our hassle-free return and exchange policy.
1. Return Policy
Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- The item must be in its original condition: unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Products marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" are not eligible for return.
- Customer needs to return the merchandise via traceable delivery i.e. courier or registered post on his own expense to our address.
- We will inspect your return once it’s received. If you have met the above conditions and the items are all in like-new condition, you will get your choice of a refund with a restocking fee.

Restocking Fee
- If an item is returned used, or if the item is returned without being defective or damaged or if the item is returned due to the change of mind, a restocking fee of 15-20% (depending on the condition) will be applied. This is because the item can no longer be sold as an A-stock unit. Exchange of the item and defective/damaged item is an exception!
How to Initiate a Return
- To start a return, please contact our support team at info@nextgenfinds.store or via WhatsApp button below with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with instructions on where to send the return.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your item is returned to us safely. NextGen Finds is not liable for any items lost during return transit.
Refund Process
- Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval of your refund or exchange.
- If approved, the refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment or a different payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Items purchased on clearance or special promotions
- Personalized or custom-made products
2. Exchange Policy

- Exchanges are allowed within 14 days of receiving your product.
- Items must be in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
How to Initiate an Exchange
- To exchange an item, please contact our support team at info@nextgenfinds.store or via the WhatsApp button below with your order number and the details of the item you wish to exchange.
- You can exchange for a different size, color, or product of equal or lesser value. If the new item costs more, you will be required to pay the difference.
Exchange Process
- Once your exchange request is approved, ship the item back to us following the provided instructions. Please note that the shipping charges will be covered by you.
- We will ship the new item within 5-7 business days after receiving the original product.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Please reach out to us at info@nextgenfinds.store or via the WhatsApp button below within 48 hours of receiving the product, including a photo of the item and your order details. We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.
4. Shipping for Returns & Exchanges
- You are responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning or exchanging an item unless the product was damaged or incorrect.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
- If you are returning an item, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Important Note
For all return, exchange, and damage claims, customers are required to provide clear pictures and videos of the product to support the claim. This helps us ensure that your request is processed quickly and accurately.
